7th International Workshop of the EARSeL FF-SIG: TOWARDS AN OPERATIONAL USE OF REMOTE SENSING IN FOREST FIRE MANAGEMENT

The workshop is the latest in a series of technical meetings organised by the EARSeL Special Interest Group on Forest Fires after its foundation in 1995. The main subject of the workshop will be the operational use of remote sensing in forest fire management. Abstracts of not more than 500 words should be submitted by March 30th here.

MSG Land Surface Applications: Drought & Fires

The Congress will feature plenary sessions highlighting the relationship between indigenous and modern fire cultures around the globe. Special sessions addressing these and other global fire issues are especially solicited.
